Clare Teal latest album Hey Ho will soon be released this January. This album revisits 14 British songs from the early 20th century ( Down By The Sally Gardens ) to 2005 ( Snow Patrol’s Chasing Cars). It opens with a song by Noel Coward and finishes with a Iver Novello song. Highlights include Clare’s touching new version of Chasing Cars and her brilliant performance with organ player Grant Windsor on Try A Little Tenderness which was also a hit way back. There are lots of surprises from Teal who is best known as a jazz singer but also shows versatility in interpreting some modern pop classics.
